The Azkena Rock Festival (often abbreviated as ARF) is a rock festival that has been held every year since 2002 in Vitoria, Álava, Spain. It is organized by the concert promoter Last Tour International, which organizes other festivals such as Bilbao BBK Live, BIME and Donostia Festibala.

With several editions to its credit, it has become one of the most important festivals in Spain thanks to its interest in bringing rock bands far from the mainstream public but known underground, along with well-known, even "legendary" headliners. There is the possibility of attending all the scheduled concerts, since there are two stages and the concerts do not overlap in time. In the 2006 edition, more than 44,000 tickets were sold, the biggest success in the history of the festival thanks to the presence of Pearl Jam. Some of the bands that have played have been The Who, John Fogerty, Iggy & The Stooges, Wilco, Alice Cooper, Scorpions, ZZ Top, Social Distortion, Tool, Queens of the Stone Age, Ray Davies, Bad Religion, Sex Pistols, Deep Purple, The Black Crowes, Hanoi Rocks or Fun Lovin' Criminals.
